Dr David Jin

Dr David Jin is a Preventative Cardiologist and Cardiac Imaging Specialist at Epworth Richmond and Epworth Freemasons.

He graduated from the University of Melbourne and completed his basic physician training at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, before cardiology training at the Royal Hobart Hospital, Eastern Health, and Monash Health.

Dr Jin undertook advanced fellowship training in non-invasive cardiac imaging (including echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and coronary CT angiography) at the Victorian Heart Hospital. He later completed a further fellowship in Preventative Cardiology and Advanced Cardiac Imaging (Cardiac MRI) at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London.

Dr Jin is committed to helping patients reduce their risk of heart disease through early detection, accurate diagnosis, and personalised, evidence-based prevention strategies. He has contributed to clinical guidelines, published research in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at national and international conferences.
